- הָרַג(b. h.) (to cut, v. הֶרֶג, to kill, put to death. Num. R. s. 21, beg. בא לַהֲרָגְךָ השכם להָרְגֹּו if one comes to kill thee, be the first to kill him; Ber.58a; Snh.72a להֹורְגְּךָ … להֹורְגֹו.
